1. Mash the soaked anjeer.
2. Heat the ghee in a deep non stick pan then add the mashed anjeer and cook for 2 minutes,then add khoya,sugar and nutmeg.
3.mix well and cook till it becomes thick and keep aside. Divide into six equal portions.
4. Combine the flour with enough water and knead into a semi stiff dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Divide into six equal portions.
6. Roll one into a small circle. Put the portion of the above stuffing in the middle,and close it by bringing all the edges in the middle and roll it again to make it a mini paratha.
7. Heat a tava and cook a mini paratha on both the sides till light brown in colour using a little ghee.
8. Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing to make 5 more parathas
9. Serve hot
